Shipping Details
At Tikitikiti, we do our best to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Our shipping policy is as follows:
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Montreal time): They are processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM: They will be shipped on the next business day.
- Weekends and holidays: We do not ship orders, since courier services such as Canada Post or UPS do not accept packages during those days.
Estimated delivery times (once the order has been shipped):
- Montreal and surrounding areas: 1 to 2 business days
- Regions within Quebec and Ontario: 2 to 4 business days
- Rest of Canada (including western and Atlantic provinces): 4 to 7 business days
Important
Orders are shipped through external courier companies, such as Canada Post or UPS. Therefore, Tikitikiti is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages that may occur once the package has been handed over to the shipping company. We do everything possible to ensure proper and timely dispatch, but any issue that occurs afterward must be handled directly with the carrier.
